I have been learning English for a long time, more than 10 years. I think that English is located on-a-days language for almost of Japanese. Now, a lot of young children learn about English. For example, having an English lesson, listening about spoken English, leading about English books, singing English songs, writing blogs in English and watching English movies. I think that English is becoming necessary things, because there are a lot of American and English movies showing and so many Western music running in Japan. So I feel that English is more and more close our life. It is no exaggeration to say that English becoming common language in the world. Where position at English for your life? Necessary thin? Don’t you have a trouble if there is no English for your life? Then, I will talk about my learning English of past, present and my future.
First, I will talk about learning English of my past. I think that first learning English of my life, maybe when I was second class at elementary school. That was my brother’s English class in YAMAHA English School. I did not enter this school directly, but I remember that the class was so fantastic. I loved that this class’s teacher. After, sad to say my brother quiet the class because this teacher had to went to abroad, so we lost about learning English chance. Few years later, I got a chance about learning English again. It was that when I was fifth or the last grade in elementary school. On this class, I memorized foundation about English, for example, what say about week in English; pronounce about alphabet, the most important words in English and so on. In my memories, this class was very interesting for me.
When I was entered at junior high school, English class started in earnest. In junior high school’s English were so interesting for me. In English class, we sang a lot of very famous English songs, for example, stand by me, Beatles, and so on. Add, I liked all English teachers and ALT. In those days, I felt that so serve for us, but now, I appreciate for them.
Then, I was entry into high school. Learning English in high school, main study English was thing that to enter university. So I felt now, in high school, I was not fun about study English. But, I think that when I was high school student, I studied English hard. I did not especially liked English, but I do want to enter the famous university, so I studied hard. The way to study English were memorized a lot of words, reading long sentence so many the past exam test about a lot of university, worked out the past about center test, memorized many idiom and so on. But I could not quite level up at English grade in high school times. The other, I was so friendly with our high school’s ALT. his name is Austin. He often invited dinner to some friendly student at Joy Full after school. At the time, we had to speak English only. We always had wonderful time. I think now, he was so kind and gave us to very precious times. I appreciated for him!!
After graduation the high school, I do wanted to some university, so I decided to spend one year preparing for the entrance examinations after I left high school. I commuted at KOKEI JUKU. In this place, I carried out about meeting with English teacher in my destiny. Her name is Miss. Chida. She is famous in examinee of university because, her lesson is so excellent!! Of course, I picked up her class. In her class that was necessary about prep. If you did not pre, you will feel like death penalty. She teaches not only English but also a lot of important things on life. I felt like to cry over and over again when I heard her talk. Thanks to her talk, my sight expended, add I study so heard about English. I came around that I like English. Sad to say, I did not enter the my wanted university, but I decided go to KGU because where give chance to student to learn English.
Next, I will talk about my present learning about English. To tell the truth, I feel that my English level is down since I entered the university, because now, I don’t study hard as when I was an examinee. This summer, I went to Europe with Misaki. Frankly speaking, I was so sad because I had little English skill. My English pronounces were little got through. Add, I felt impatient because I went out the words quiet. Compare with me, all of the people in Europe spoken English. They speak mother tongue and English naturally. This fact was so shocking to me. I felt that I have to more study about grammar, listening skills, looking wordbook and practice pronounced about English.
The last, I will talk about learning English in my future. I observed on like before sentences, I have scarcely skill about speak English, so I think that I have to practice speak English. I entered the English subject, so I want to catch the learning chance. In my collage, there is English Lounge. This place gives for all of the my college student to speak overseas students. I should more exploit this Lounge. I think that the best way to success that I can speak English fluently is the thing that I have a lot of the chance speaks English to native. Also, I do want to get good score on the TOIEC and TOEFL, because if I have good score about the TOEIC or TOEFL, maybe effectual about job interview and study abroad. So I have to study hard. If I go to abroad again, I want to speak English naturally.
I have been studying English for a so long time, but I have hardly English ability. I can not speak English like European. I think that Japan is developed country and must be in good education, though how many Japanese speak English fluently by training school educate? I think that Japanese boards of education has to do about student more study English them is little boys and girls. Especially, I think that they should give for children to the chance to speak native. I think that speaking English fluently so important for my future, because, now English is established on a common language. Also, be able to communication to all over the world is wonderful thing!! From on now, if you can not speak English, you often encounter the time about your feel disadvantage. For the sake of nothing bother, I would like to last studying English.
